Velvety, heart shaped leaves with striking white veins are the signature of the Philodendron gloriosum. This plant is a creeper, with its stem growing horizontally along the surface of the medium. Give it more light, and the larger the leaves grow in size!

This is a large specimen with 30cm leaves. Philodendron gloriosum likes a bright indirect light and loose, well-draining medium - water regularly so that the medium does not completely dry out. You may choose to pot the gloriosum in a wider, rather than deeper, container so that it has room to grow horizontally.
