Among many Aroid collectors, one of the perennial favourites is the charismatic Anthurium clarinervium. This plant grows naturally in Mexico, and is embraced for its heart shaped leaves with bright coloured veins. Its leaves grow thick as they mature, with a leather like texture.

The Anthurium clarinervium prefers bright indirect light conditions, high humidity and regular watering. Use a loose, well-draining medium to prevent the plant from drying out.
